Connect to Google Meet

Create seamless virtual coaching sessions with Google Meet

Overview

Offer virtual coaching sessions via Google Meet when creating Events, Appointments, or 1:1 Programs. With just a few clicks, you can provide your clients with a seamless, built-in video meeting experience—no extra setup required. Once connected, Google Meet links are automatically included, making it easy for both you and your clients to join sessions on time and stay focused on what matters most: the coaching.

Note: You must first connect your calendar before you can connect with Google Meet.

The Steps

  1. Select your name in the top right hand corner of the screen and then select, My Settings.

2. Select the Integrations tab. Then, click Connect to Google Meet.

3. Click the green Next button and then check the box.

4. Next, check your email and click the link to finish connecting Google Meet.

4. Once connected, here's what your calendar settings will look like. You will see the email address that your Google Meet account is connected to.

Success! 🎉

What to Expect

Now, when a client books a session, CoachVantage automatically:

  • Generates a Google Meet link
  • Includes the link in the confirmation email
  • Displays the link in the appointment details

Your client can simply click the link at the scheduled time to join the session.
