Connecting Your Stripe Account to CoachVantage
Overview
Connecting your Stripe account to CoachVantage allows you to accept online payments for programs, sessions, and invoices. Once connected, your programs and pricing will automatically sync to Stripe for secure checkout and payment processing.
This article walks you through how to connect your Stripe account from your CoachVantage settings.
Steps to Connect Your Stripe Account
š Step 1 ā Go to Your Integrations Settings
- Click your Name in the top-right corner
- Select My Settings
- Click the Integrations tab
- Locate the Connect to Stripe section
š§© Step 2 ā Start the Stripe Connection Process
- Click Connect with Stripe
- You will be redirected to the Stripe Get Started page
āļø Step 3 ā Sign In to Your Stripe Account
- Enter the email address associated with your Stripe account
- Click Continue
- Enter your Stripe password
- Click Log in
You may be asked to complete two-factor verification.
If prompted:
- Enter the verification code sent to your device
- Click Connect
ā Step 4 ā Confirm Stripe Connection
Once connected, you will:
- Return to CoachVantage
- See confirmation that your Stripe account is connected
- See your Stripe key field (hidden by default)
You can reveal the key if required for troubleshooting ā but you generally do not need to use or modify it.
Thatās it ā Your Stripe Account is Now Connected
Your CoachVantage account is now successfully linked to Stripe.
You can now:
- Create programs that automatically sync to Stripe as products
- Accept online payments via checkout
- Track payments within CoachVantage
