How to Invite Contacts or Prospects to Your Coaching Programs

Learn the various ways to invite your contacts or prospects to sign up to your coaching programs

In this article, we will cover the 3 ways that you can invite your contacts or prospects to sign up to a coaching program:

1. From the Programs Page

You can invite saved contacts to sign up to a coaching program from the Programs Page, after you have created at least one Standard Program.

When you invite contacts to sign up to a Standard Program, CoachVantage will automatically send an email, notifying them that they have been invited to sign up to your program.

The invited contact will need to click on a link in the email that will take them to the program sign-up page. They will need to complete the necessary steps on the sign-up page, to confirm their enrollment into the program.

To invite contacts to a Standard Program:

1. Click on Programs on the left menu.

2. Click the 3-dot button on the Program Card of the program that you'd like to invite your clients to.

3. Click 'Invite Clients'.

4. Select the contacts you wish to invite using the drop-down selector.

Note: Although you can select multiple contacts to invite in one go, they are enrolled as individual clients into the

program (this is not a group invitation as CoachVantage does not currently support Group Coaching).

5. Click 'Send Invite'.

6. An email will be automatically sent to the selected contact(s), notifying them that you have invited them to sign up to

the coaching program.

2. From the Individual Contact Record Page

You can invite an individual contact to sign up to a coaching program from the Individual Contact Record Page.

This method allows you to select the type of coaching program you wish to invite your contact to - Quick Start Program, Custom Program, or Standard Program (refer to this article to learn more about these various program types).

To invite a contact to sign up to a program from the individual contact record page:

Click Contacts on the left menu.
Select the contact that you would like to invite to a program.
Click on 'Start New Program' button and select the program type (i.e. Quick Start Program, Custom Program, Standard Program) from the drop down selector.

3. Via a URL Link

One of the many benefits of CoachVantage is that we enable you to market and sell your coaching programs with our hosted sign-up pages (or landing page).

Once you have successfully created a Standard Program, we automatically generate and host the program sign-up page with a unique URL. You can easily direct prospects and potential clients to the sign-up page by providing the URL link to them.

You can copy the URL link for a specific Standard Program by clicking the 3-dot button on the program card, as shown below:

After you have copied the URL link of your desired program, you can then paste the link on your emails, social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc) or any other messaging applications (Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, etc).

This enables your prospects and potential clients to click on the URL and be redirected to the program sign-up page, to complete their enrollment into the program.
