What do SMS Messages Look Like to Clients?
What SMS Messages Look Like
When you enable SMS messages to send to your clients, your SMS reminder message will include:
- The client's name
- The event or program name
- The coach's (your) name
- The date and time of the appointment (in the client's time zone)
- A link to join the session (for online appointments only) - 48-hours and 24-hours ahead of appointment
Note: When an appointment is first created, it will not contain the meeting location details. Meeting location details are only contained in the Appointment Reminder messages (48-hours, 24-hours or 1-hour before). If there is a virtual meeting link, this will be contained in the reminder message so that you and your clients can click the link to easily join the virtual meeting.
