13. Select My Webpage.

Your public webpage will open. From here, you can preview the visitor experience or open the webpage editor.

Understand Your Webpage

Your webpage brings your coach profile and CoachVantage offerings together in one place.

Depending on the layout and settings you select, it may include:

  • A banner image
  • A header title and subtitle
  • A Client Portal login button
  • A welcome video
  • Your Coach Profile and About Me information
  • Social media and website links
  • Licenses and certifications
  • 1:1 Programs
  • Group Programs
  • Courses
  • Events
  • An appointment-booking button or embedded booking section
  • Client testimonials
  • Frequently Asked Questions

Note: Profile information such as your name, profile image, biography, email address, social media links, website, and certifications is pulled from your Coach Profile settings. To update this information, refer to Your Profile Settings.

Open the Webpage Editor πŸ–‹οΈ

To customize your webpage, select the purple pencil icon in the upper-right corner.

The Customize My Webpage editor includes these sections:

  • Content
  • Layout & Branding
  • Offerings
  • My Profile
  • More
    • Appointment Booking
    • Testimonials
    • FAQs
    • SEO
    • Website Embed

As you make changes, your webpage remains visible beside the editor so you can see how your selections affect its appearance.

Tip: You may also see small pencil icons beside editable sections on your webpage. Select one to go directly to the settings for that section.

Customize Your Main Content

Select Content to customize the main elements visitors see when they open your webpage.

Publish or Unpublish Your Webpage

Use the Publish setting to control whether your webpage is publicly available. Your public webpage URL is also displayed in this section.

When your webpage is unpublished, visitors cannot view it. You can continue editing and previewing the webpage before making it live.

Customize the Header

You can choose whether to display the following elements:

  • Header Title
  • Header Subtitle
  • Login Button

You can edit the Header Title and Header Subtitle accordingly. You can also opt to rename the Login button to Dashboard, Client Portal, or Client Login so existing clients know where to access their accounts.

Upload a Banner Image

Upload a banner image that represents your coaching brand and works well behind your header text.

Recommended banner image size: 1920 x 600 pixels, or an image with a similar aspect ratio.

You can also adjust the Overlay Opacity to make the header title and subtitle easier to read over the image.

Add a Welcome Video

You can show or hide an embedded welcome video and paste the video's URL into the editor.

Supported video providers include:

  • YouTube
  • Vimeo
  • Dailymotion

A short welcome video gives prospective clients an opportunity to meet you, hear your approach in your own words, and understand how you may be able to support them.

When you're finished, select Save Changes.

Customize the Layout and Branding

Select Layout & Branding to choose how your content is arranged and apply your brand styling.

Choose a Webpage Layout

CoachVantage offers three layout options:

  1. Compact: Displays your profile information in a compact format while keeping your offerings easy to browse.
  2. Sidebar: Places your Coach Profile in a sidebar and displays the rest of your content beside it.
  3. Hero: Features your profile in the banner area and displays your offerings as tiles.

Select each option to see how it changes the live preview.

Choose How Offerings Are Displayed

Under Webpage display, choose one of the following:

  • Tab-based layout: Visitors switch between tabs for your One-on-One Programs, Courses, Events, and Group Programs.
  • Single-page layout: Your offering sections appear sequentially on one scrollable page.

Reorder Your Webpage Sections

Under Webpage section order, drag and drop the customizable sections into your preferred order.

For example, you may want visitors to see your welcome video first, followed by your offerings, testimonials, FAQs, and appointment-booking section.

Note: The Hero and Coach Profile sections remain fixed based on the layout you selected. Other available sections can be reordered.

Customize Fonts and Brand Colors

You can also customize your webpage's:

  • Font family
  • Base font size
  • Primary brand color
  • Header text color
  • Content text color

The font button and body text sizes are applied automatically based on your selected base font size, helping your webpage maintain a consistent visual hierarchy.

When you're finished, select Save Changes.

Manage the Offerings on Your Webpage

Select Offerings to choose which CoachVantage services visitors can explore from your webpage.

You can show or hide the following offering categories:

  • 1:1 Programs
  • Courses
  • Events
  • Group Programs

Show or Hide an Offering Category

Use the toggle beside a category to control whether it appears on your webpage.

Reorder Offering Categories

Drag and drop the categories to change the order in which they are displayed.

Manage Individual Offerings

You can:

  • Drag and drop individual offerings to reorder them.
  • Select the X beside an offering to remove it from your webpage.
  • Select Select Programs or the applicable selection button to add other eligible offerings.

Removing an offering from your webpage does not delete it from your CoachVantage account. It only prevents that offering from being displayed on the webpage.

When you're finished, select Save Changes.

Choose Which Profile Information Is Displayed

Select My Profile to control whether your Coach Profile appears on your webpage and which information visitors can see.

You can choose to display details such as:
